No-Show Policy

If you are more than 7 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a fee of 50% of the services booked, minimum $25. All late fees and cancellation fees are Non-refundable and must be paid before rebooking. Bookings will not be confirmed for customers with outstanding fees.  Same applies to No Show/ No Call Appointments.

Must have valid credit card on file to book appointments.

Appointment may not be changed within 6 hours online. Changes made under hours must be done by phone.

Must be up to date on all fees (see no-show/late policy) in order to book appointments.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason subject to law.
